Hi everyone!
Starting next year I am going to be changing things up once again to find a better fit for my business!
- At my discretion, nearly all designs will be limited edition. I normally do not care for this business model but my pins are being scalped, and I am sitting on mountains of inventory. This is not sustainable for me.
- The most common LE will be 25, 50, and 75. Some designs could be 100 max. I am having a design made for the backstamp to include numbers. As usual I will order extras so customers get the best quality. As we go forward together I will do my best to adjust LEs to fit demand. I love variants and will use them to my full advantage to deal with scalping.
- A drastic change will be preorders. Going forward slots will be highly limited to club members only. I will only open public slots if club doesn't sell it out. I am doing this because of the overwhelming negativity I am seeing about preorders on public forums. I know it feels unreal for makers to ask for money then have delays but its the nature of the beast sometimes. To limit possible negative situations Club will become the main preorder slot holder. I am fully aware this gives my club a lot of power over my inventory but I will keep a close eye on people there to purely resell. I already have a waiting list for club, so people will be kicked for price hiking.
- On the conversation of club- it will be shrinking down to 50 members max. This will cut down on wait time for club, and make it more affordable for me. We currently have more than 50 members but no one will be kicked. People naturally leave and that is okay! You will not be punished for leaving! In fact past members will be given 2 shopping days a year! July 1st and December 1st!
- Next, due to issues going on in China and USPS I need to increase my prices. I am trying to find a good balance so my customers do not suffer from sky rocketing prices, but I also need to keep my artists paid to keep on making new designs. An example of cost inflation would be my last shipment of 200 pins cost me $580 to get them on a plane with a shipping time of 10-15 business days. My next shipment is 500 pins and it will cost me $725 plus customs, the cost is always so unpredictable.(Note the shipping cost varies on weight, dimensions of box, and who fills out the customs form, and time of year.)
- Making big extravagant pins has always been a bit of a balancing act, and forces outside my control are making the balance far more difficult. So for your mental health and mine I hope you can all understand these intense adjustments to my business.
If you have questions don't hesitate to ask!
As always,
Ele

Hey, every time I try to make an account to purchase for “(In Production) Space Babe v3” the site crashes on me.
