I hope everyone is doing well! The sun was finally out until 4pm yesterday and I felt like my struggles were starting to relent. Seasonal depression has never effected me this deeply before, but I have also never been this stressed. I am working through it with help from loved ones, and professionals.
At some point I reached a hole so dark I thought I was nearing my end. That isn't to get pity, its simply to tell you why packages sitting on my desk waiting to be packed became a mountain of a task. Things that felt so simple last year were suddenly leading to cylces of hopelessness and disassociation.
It will take me some time to get fully back on track but I am working hard on everything. Here is what you can expect to see going forward!
x The process of moving all the pins is stressful and time consuming. Collaboration pins are getting the highest priority. Thank you for being patient if you are waiting on my more personal designs! I will do my best to make it up to you all!!
× Pins will become far more limited. Each variant will have no more than 50. Larger designs will become 25LE.
x There is now a mandatory "agreement of terms and conditions" for all purchases. This is mainly for preorders. Make sure you read my polices.
x Collaborations will become increasingly rare. If I do collab it will be with other makers if they are handling the manufacturing until all my current pins are no longer back logged.
x You will noticed prices starting to go up. This is not to punish anyone! I simply can not afford to keep my prices so low with manufacturing costs going up. Average price increases will be around 25% for preorder, in hand will be 35-40%.
x Due to the amount of traffic I have been getting from different social media I have been struggling to keep everyone updated. So, preorders will become closed off to anyone not in my discord. Preorders will start with club memebers first, then left over slots will become open to anyone in discord. All others will need to wait until a public drop.
x Importantly, any emails not sent to eleosstudioshelpdesk@gmail.com will receive an automated message or none at all. My former email is not listed anywhere as proper communication channels. My old email is flooded with vender emails. Please do not send anything order related there ever!
