Q: What pin do I get?
A: You will get the pin the monthly pin that was advertised. Due to my club pins being fanart is highly recommended you join my discord to stay up to date. I will not be posting the finished art on my main Instagram feed anymore. Also, which ever month you buy in is the pin you get.
Q: How much does the membership cost?
A: It cost $20 + shipping each month on the 5th regardless of how detailed or big the pins become.

Q: Are spots still available?
A: Please check the listing.
Q: No spots are available, when can I join?
A: On the 5th of each month I open new spots for my club. I get a lot of messages on this day. So simply put if you are not able to put membership in your cart and buy after 5PM Central (noon) that means it sold out. I will do my best to message you but it gets harder and harder each month to reply to everyone in a timely manner.
Q:The password isn’t working?!?
A: If you are trying to log into the Pin Club Shop with the Thicc N Spicy Shop password it won’t work. Make sure you are clicking in the right link.
Q:Why can’t I use PayPal?
A: You can now! I was approved for the paypal merchant function. Please let me know if you are unable to use Paypal, this is likely just a glitch.
Q: When will I be charged for automatic payments?
A: You will be charged on the same day you buy the listing. If you buy after the 5th of the month you're payment will be adjusted to charge you on 5th of next month at 9am central.
Q: I signed up! What now?
A:Congratulations and thank you for joining! Well, now you wait for an email to arrive with discount codes, and the club shop password.
Q: Do I need to buy the monthly pin separate from my membership?
A: No, the membership is the same as placing a preorder for the corresponding monthly design. You will get the pin of the month you signed up in.
Q: How do I get older club pins?
A: I routinely, and sometimes silently add a handful of older pins to the shop based on the number of new people.
Q: Help, your club is full and I really really want this pin!
A: Do not worry, during normal club functions I order a large amount of pins for each month. They do not have an LE and will never have an LE. I will do small reorders based on demand from my club, including new variants. So if you join late there is a good chance you can get an old design. Have patience!
Q: Do you ever allow the public to buy club pins?
A: Yes, I will hold semi-annual sales for club pins to move some stock. They will most likely be defect pins, but none seriously damaged. Sales will never include the prior month so it still feels special. As an example if I hold a sale in DEC, the only club pins that wouldn't be included are sold out and NOV's design. Pretty simple. After 1 year all molds become public anyways, but it wont look like the original club variant.
Q: I already have a club pin, can I buy a 2nd one of the same design?
A: Technically you are allowed 2 per household. If you are buying it for resell purposes then absolutely not. I will track people that do this. Extras are meant for new people first. I will order restocks so you can easily order a second one 3-4 months later if needed for trading.
Q: What pin size are the pins?
A: It’s random honestly. My designs are all around 3” or bigger?
Q: I’m a member will you do my favorite character?
A: No idea friend. I make what speaks to me, nothing more nothing less.
Q: Why won’t you make x, y, z character for the club?
A: 100% the most likely reason is either I don’t like the character, or I don’t agree with the age of the character. I’m not super deep, you'll learn pretty fast what I’ll never make regardless of popularity.
Q: I don’t like this design, can I skip it and save my spot?
A: No can do. My head is full of peanuts, I will not remember a conversation where I said “sure”. Not you, it’s me. But also, if I do it for one I must do it for all. What is the point of the club at that point? Cancel, and come back when you like what you see.
Q: Can I buy other pins with my membership?
A: Please don’t, it drives me bonkers. I’m a one woman army and it gets absolutely wild in my room when I am constantly holding 50-100 pins for club orders. Please buy in hand pins separate from your membership. I know shipping costs are annoying but finding out you don’t get the pin later is worse. Just pay the separate shipping.
Q: I can’t use my discount code and my stonks rewards together, why?
A: So this is Shopify’s doing, not mine. 2 discounts can not be stacked apparently. I have no idea how to circumvent this, so I suggest just using the better deal.
Q: I’m overseas can you hold my items and do a bulk shipment?
A: I only allow this for Australia. For everyone else I have provided a stable shipping rate. While I know it’s not pleasant, but you’ll never have to guess the shipping fee. It’s always $12-14 depending on the country.
