Please keep in mind that Covid-19 is effecting the entire planet! Shipping is delayed, and a bit riskier than before. If you are in the US there are hurricanes, wild fires, and other natural disasters effecting us all. I ask that you extend your patience when ordering from me. I will always try doing right by you but I can not control the weather, or the postal service. 

Q: When do you ship? 
A: I will ship out orders within 3-6 days for all products in hand! However, this varies depending on the amount of orders I have. I try to send out as soon as possible while limiting how many times I go to the post office due to covid. Safety first!

Q: How much does shipping cost? 
A: I have a set shipping cost of 4.95 per package for all US addresses. 

Q: When will my preorder ship?
A: This is tricky! Normally I would say 2–5 months! It can take a lot of time for some pins to get made, so this can vary wildly. However its important for me to send out the best possible pin for you, which means I can not rush my manufacturer. Please consider this carefully before buying my perorder products. 

Q: The pin I want sold out during preorders!!! Will you have more?!?!?
A: Yes, of course I will. I never sell over half the stock I order and with all the continued support I receive I have begun ordering in much larger amounts! I will always have an in hand drop. 


Q: Can I combine shipping for preorders, and in hand products? 
A: In some cases yes, however this will mean your in hand product will be sent with your preorder product. Please keep that in mind. I will not send them in separate packages. If you want in hand items sooner you need to buy them separately. 

Q: I purchased a pin I don’t want, can you exchange it for the one I do want? 
A: Please don’t ever do this. Short answer is no. Long answer, I will not help you beyond refunding you and asking you to not do it again. Setting aside the inventory issue, it’s also a brain power issue. I just do not remember these types of conversations. I want to be nice and help but in the end it’s just me working to fulfill orders. I go brain dead and just fulfill what I see on the order slip. 

Q:Where can I find updates on my preorders?
A: My instagram will always have updates on my newest product in production. You can also email me as well for order questions.

Q: Can I return my item? 
A: No, all my sales are final. 

Q: Can I cancel my preorder?
A: Short answer- no. Long answer- it depends on the situation. I will allow times of hardship to be a valid need for canceling but be aware you will be barred from preordering permanently if it happens more than once. The money used for preorders leaves my hands for production, when you cancel it comes from my personal pocket. Please keep this in my before committing to large orders. 

Q: I can't return defects? 
A: This depends. If the pin falls outside of its graded category then we can discuss all available options. If it it has more to do with your own personal grading rather than my listed guidelines I will not do anything extra. These are hand made, imperfects are inevitable.

Q: My package got stolen, will you replace it?
A: Not likely, many times I simply do not have left over pins. I put tracking on all my orders so I suggest using Informed Delivery with USPS to get all the information you need when tracking. If you do not have a safe place for your packages I suggest having your post office hold your mail.

Q: How do I use my stonks?
A: Click on the price tag in the right corner of the device you are shopping on. If you are signed up and logged in you'll be able to see redeemable offers.

Q: You have said there will be free pins or other items, when?
A: When is up in the air. Its very expensive to make any type of item. I make them from my pocket so that takes me time. You can save up points until they show up because many of them wont be point cheap.

Q: Will you hold items for me, or do me a favor with preorders?
A: I try my best to help customers when I can but in the end I often forget our conversations. It's not that you aren't important, it's that I just can't keep 50 conversations in my head. I have tried to be supportive with holds but in the end I just keep forgetting and have it randomly laying around until I get a message again. I can't do this anymore, I am sorry for the inconvenience but I will be switching to first come first serve, no exceptions.

Q: How can I reach you?
A: Multiple ways! You can DM me on discord, and instagram for any questions. You can email my helpdesk email(provided above) or you can call me on discord if its a highly pressing matter. I know speaking with a business owner is common in retail but not pin making. I am happy to accept order related questions via discord call. Personal calls will result in banning unless pre-authorized.
